Minute 0–15
The first fifteen minutes
You tell us what you're actually trying to do. We don't ask "what's your budget" or "who are the decision-makers." We ask what part of the business is producing the friction that brought you here.
Minute 15–45
The middle thirty
We work on it. Live. Against your real context. If you're trying to figure out what AI-native operations look like for your team, we map a piece of it together. If you're trying to assess whether a Complexity Trap is the actual root cause, we run the diagnostic against your data. If you're trying to decide whether the cohort is the right move, we walk you through the architecture you'd build.
