Producer: Conveying Your Message LLC dba Value-First Team
Sponsor: The organization sponsoring the AI-Native Shift program.
What this is
AI-Native Shift is produced and distributed by Value-First Team across YouTube (@Value-First), LinkedIn Live (linkedin.com/in/chris-carolan), Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart, Amazon Music, and related channels including ainativeshift.com.
Sponsorship of this program is structured as a category-aligned partnership, not a pay-for-play advertising buy. We reserve the right to decline a sponsor whose offerings conflict with the program's editorial mission.
What sponsorship includes
Episode placements
During your sponsorship term, each published episode includes:
- Pre-roll mention (15–30 seconds, host-read, scripted in collaboration with you or from your brief).
- Mid-roll mention (15–30 seconds, at editorial discretion).
- Show notes recognition on the episode page at ainativeshift.com/show/episodes/[slug] — your name, logo, link to your designated landing page, and your approved one-sentence description.
- Episode description recognition in the RSS feed metadata distributed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart, Amazon Music, and other platforms.
- YouTube video description recognition with your name, link, and approved description.
Surface recognition
- Show landing page at ainativeshift.com/show — your logo, name, and link in the sponsor section.
- Sponsors page at ainativeshift.com/sponsors (when surfaced) — extended description, logo, link.
- Daily Brief email — when you are a featured sponsor, recognition in the designated sponsor block of the newsletter.
Social distribution
When we publish social posts (LinkedIn, YouTube community posts, clips) promoting episodes in which you are featured, your recognition may be included at editorial discretion.
Optional engagement opportunities
Subject to mutual agreement and editorial fit, we may offer (at no additional fee): a guest interview slot for a subject-matter conversation, recognition at community events we host, or references to your relevant content from ainativeshift.com. These are signals of intent for a genuine partnership — not guarantees.
Using our name in your own materials
During your sponsorship term, you may identify yourself as a “Sponsor of AI-Native Shift” in your own marketing. That is a factual description of the relationship. You cannot imply our endorsement of your products or services beyond the factual recognition in placements. This permission ends when your sponsorship ends, though you may continue to reference past sponsorship as a historical fact.
Our editorial control
We retain full editorial control over all program content, including how your placement reads in the episodes. We will:
- Honor the spirit of your brief but not hand you line-by-line control of our delivery.
- Decline to make claims about your products we cannot personally validate.
- Disclose sponsorships to our audience in line with FTC endorsement guidelines.
You provide the brief, talking points, and approved messaging. We compose the placement in our own voice. The pre-roll and mid-roll script is ours.
Fee
$9,995 per calendar month, billed in advance. The first month's fee is due when you confirm the sponsorship. Subsequent months are due on the first business day of the month.
Payment by ACH, wire transfer, or credit card. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee. Once a calendar month has begun, the fee for that month is not refundable.
Category exclusivity is not included in the standard rate but can be negotiated for an additional fee. Without an executed exclusivity arrangement, we may work with other sponsors in your competitive category. The default is no category exclusivity.
Sponsorship fees are not adjusted based on audience metrics, episode performance, or business outcomes. You are paying for the placements and recognition described above — not for a guaranteed audience size or specific results.
What you provide
Within five business days of confirming your sponsorship, please send us:
- High-resolution logo files (vector preferred).
- An approved one-sentence description of your organization (150 characters or fewer).
- Your designated landing page URL.
- Brand-use guidelines if you have them.
- Your brief and approved talking points for episode placements.
Our ability to deliver placements depends on having these materials. If your materials are delayed, we may delay placements accordingly.
By providing these materials, you confirm that you own or have rights to them, that they do not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, and that your products and services are lawful.
Archive perpetuity
Episodes recorded and published during your sponsorship term stay in the archive permanently. Your pre-roll, mid-roll, and show notes recognition in those episodes is part of the episode as recorded. We are not going to re-cut existing episodes after your sponsorship ends.
Your live surface recognition (show landing page, sponsors page, newsletter sponsor block) comes down when your sponsorship ends. The episode archive stays.
This is an operational reality, not a negotiating point. Re-cutting hundreds of archived episodes after a sponsorship concludes is not feasible.
Cancellation
Either of us can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No conditions, no explanation required.
What happens when either party cancels:
- The sponsorship ends at the close of the calendar month following the 30-day notice period.
- We continue delivering placements through that date.
- You pay the monthly fee for any calendar month that has already started.
- We remove your live surface recognition at the end of the sponsorship term.
- Archived embedded recognition remains per the archive perpetuity section above.
We may end the sponsorship immediately if we determine that continued association creates material reputational risk (for example, if your organization faces serious legal, regulatory, or public conduct concerns). In that case we refund the unused portion of any pre-paid monthly fee. The archived embedded recognition stays unless we decide removal also serves our interests.
Ownership and confidentiality
The AI-Native Shift program — all recordings, transcripts, show notes, artwork, branding, and methodology — is our intellectual property. Sponsoring the show does not transfer any ownership in the program to you.
You grant us permission to use your name, logo, and approved description in the placements and surface recognition described above. For archived episodes, that permission is permanent and irrevocable (consistent with the archive perpetuity commitment).
The commercial terms of our arrangement are confidential. Neither of us should share them with third parties without consent.
Independent contractor
We are an independent contractor. This arrangement does not create an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture.
