A roadmap we lead together, plus whatever comes up that day. Coaching is inside it. Work reaches us however your team already works: in Slack, Teams or Compass, in a ticket, or on the weekly call. At the end of each week we look back together at what got built and who got onboarded.

Billed monthly.

A published floor. Above it, set by the partnership agreement, by how much of the build we carry and/or how many humans we are working with.

Everything coaching does, plus we take on part of the work ourselves. Your team still owns it; we are in it with them, each day, week after week.

How a partnership ends
Three months to start, then month to month. After that, either side ends it with 30 days notice.
Paid engagements have their own agreement
A paid engagement — coaching, a partnership, or any scoped work — is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over the website terms wherever the two differ.
