The Program
The AI-Native Shift is what comes after the show.
The show meets you where you are. The program is what you do when you're ready to make the shift in your own organization — with the people who actually have to live with the architecture you build.
Four weeks. Five to eight people from one company. A working AI-native stack at the end, and the capability to evolve it without us.
What you leave with
A working system, not a strategy document.
Most consulting engagements end with a PDF. This one ends with a deployed stack — AI agents running against your actual business data, a Value Path mapped to your actual customers, an architecture your team can extend without calling us. The deliverable is something your operations team can use the Monday after the program ends.
A working AI-native stack
Your HubSpot, configured as a Customer Value Platform. AI agents connected to real business data. Enforcement layer live. Not a sandbox — production.
A team that can run it
Five to eight people who built it together. Shared vocabulary, shared mental model, shared confidence. No translation problem when you go back to the rest of the organization.
An operating playbook
The documentation that makes the system maintainable. Architecture doc, deployment notes, enforcement skills, evolution patterns. You own it. We don't gate it.
Who shows up
For organizations ready to rewrite how the business operates.
The program is intentionally specific. It works for organizations where the right people are willing to be in the room together for four weeks. It doesn't work as a one-person training. It doesn't work as a board presentation. It works when the executive sponsor, the operations champion, and the people who will use the new systems all commit to building it together.
This is for you if...
- You're already on HubSpot, or you're starting one.
- You have five to eight people who can commit to four weeks.
- You have an executive sponsor with authority to implement.
- You recognize that optimization isn't producing the results you need.
- You're ready to rewrite how the business operates — not just refine it.
This isn't the right fit if...
- You're looking for a strategy document you can present to leadership for buy-in.
- You want one person trained who will "bring it back to the team."
- The work has to be reviewed by a committee that wasn't in the sessions.
- You're optimizing a model you believe still works.
- You want a vendor to build something and hand it to you.
How leaders engage
Four doorways. Different readiness levels. Same direction.
If you found this page, you probably came in through the show — the daily, free entry point and the easiest way to keep building context until something concrete surfaces. The four doorways below are what comes next, when you're ready to put the framework against your actual organization. The right doorway is the one that matches where you actually are today — not where a sales process wants you to be.
Activation Workshop
$495 (60 minutes, one-to-one)
Leaders ready to put the framework against their actual organization. A working session — not a sales call. You build something real.

About PartnershipThe structure
Mindset → Architecture → Activate → Scale.
Each week has its own character. Two ninety-minute sessions per week. The first session each week is conceptual. The second is hands-on application to your actual organization. Between sessions, the team puts the work into rotation. By Week 4, the system you've built is operating against real business data.
Week 1
Mindset
Diagnose the Twelve Complexity Traps. Map current state. See where industrial-age defaults are still running the business.
You leave with
A Trap Assessment specific to your organization. Shared language across the team.
Week 2
Architecture
Design the target. Build the Five-Layer Operating Model for your organization. Map the Value Path against your actual customers.
You leave with
A custom Five-Layer Architecture document. The blueprint for Weeks 3 and 4.
Week 3
Activate
People solving real problems with AI. The cohort builds the working stack — AI agents, HubSpot CVP configuration, enforcement layer. The deliverable is in production, not in slides.
You leave with
A deployed AI-native stack. Named people activated on real problems they own.
Week 4
Scale
The activations become governed, shared, and measurable across the team. The substrate that lets every new activation inherit what came before goes live.
You leave with
A team running the system independently. A transformation presentation that's yours to use however you want.
The capability transfer outcome
The point of the four weeks isn't to make you a long-term retainer client. The point is that three months down the road, you don't need us anymore. Your team is running the system. Your operations are evolving without our input. We're available if you want a partnership for the next layer of work — but the cohort is designed to leave you self-sufficient, not dependent.
If you want to keep working together after the four weeks, partnership is the path. If you want to take what you've built and run with it, that's also the path. Both are real, both are honored, and the cohort doesn't change shape based on which one you choose at the end.
Investment
$24,995 for the four weeks.
The cohort is $24,995 for the organization — covering five to eight people from one company, all eight sessions, all the materials, the working stack deployed against your business, and the operating playbook you take with you.
Two optional follow-on capability transfer windows are available if your team needs them: an Activate window capped at $8,000 and a Scale window capped at $8,000. Both are optional. Both have hard caps — no scope creep, no open-ended retainers. Either window only happens if a specific capability gap shows up at the end of Week 4 that your team wants additional partnership to close. Most organizations don't need them.
