The same warm sandstone theater, seen dead-center from a middle seat. A tall stone proscenium frames a dark, waiting screen straight ahead, flanked by its own arch. A dark playbill panel stands on the near side wall; two round-topped niches, each holding a blank poster, recede down the far wall. Rows of seated people fill the foreground, their backs to the camera.

The Show

Every episode is spoken to an audience, once, as it happens, and what was said stays in the theater.

About this episode

The Language of Value, Episode Zero, live and solo. Instead of dashboard, say Value View: a dashboard shows activity, a Value View shows what value reached whom. We take the AI-Native OS, the whole five-layer stack (Data, Identity, Context; Customer Value Model; Intelligence; Trust; Interface), into the interfaces where it has to work. First a matched task, launched on the show, for Claude Code and Codex on identical input with the acceptance checks written before either starts. Then we build the Value-First AI-Native OS in a HubSpot Work project with Breeze, one action at a time, each one read back after a reload. We end with what the two runs actually produced, what is proven, what is partial and what is still untested.
